Your post would make sense if not for the number of quotes from roach and bob about a Floyd fight last week-including the one where they said they are allegedly in negotiations for a Floyd fight.

Roach's request for Pacquiao goes back a while. This article is from June 10, 2014 (Note how Roach doesn't want the Khan fight. Roach gives some BS excuse because he doesn't want Manny fighting at 147):

Roach said Arum asked him what he thought of a Pacman-Amir Khan fight, and, "I said no, how about Danny Garcia?" Roach stated. "If you're going to cross over, cross over and get me someone exciting. Someone who's going to make a good fight, that's what Manny wants."

Isn't Khan sort of exciting? "He throws combinations and holds now, it's so boring," Roach answered. "It's smart but not fun to watch. I don't want to stink the place out. And Ruslan wouldn't do that, and Danny Garcia wouldn't do that, Garcia would fight back. If they can cross over and get Khan, why not cross over and get Garcia."

Wait a damn minute! What happened to the serious Mayweather/Pacquaio negotiations that both Arum and Pacquaio spoke of. I guess those negotiations will be put off again until Pacquaio's next opponent/stiff is named.
