Haymon is going to feed his fighters a lower tier of challenges. He has done what he wanted in signing a bunch of boxing stars and contenders and now is in the mist of a big TV contract.

He is going to perserve what he has until then with meaningless matches

Fans have been expecting this fight to happen this November or December. Seems it's not happening. Otherwise, it would have been announced weeks ago. Well, we now know who doesn't want it.
