That type of training isn't for everyone but it's not out of the ordinary. I've seen similar training in many gyms, the fighters that survive are usual tough, brain damaged mofo's or talented guys who learned how to adjust. Either way it separates the weak from the strong which is what boxing on the professional level is all about.

I don't agree at all with that type of training for those who practice boxing as a hobby.

I wonder what he did to that no hoper in front of Buffet. Did that make him a better fighter more capable of winning September 13th? Doubtful.

Oh, one more thing. Isn't it Floyd who always talks about health and life after boxing? Odd that he encourages them to train that way.

Had no problem with it at all, made for good tv. They aren't forced to go in there but if they do they are aware of the rules. I don't see them crying, just a guy behind a keyboard crying for them.

I'm wary of commenting on something I haven't seen - but if it like how you describe, it yet again highlights what kind of man he is.

The first to fight the corner for his own health but has a blatant disregard for other peoples.

His self-absorption makes him truly one of the most hypocritical men I have ever seen.

It's all well and good his groupies telling us they are able to separate the man from the boxer - but why? How can you get behind someone so loathsome?

They basically were showing everyone the origins of boxing.

I bet if this was a gym in Mexico or Philippines or Cuba people would be posting about what true warriors they are and how fraud puss*es like Gayweather would duck the sparring and do pitty pat mitt work all day.

Make up your mind people. Do you hate his training methods or admire them...

That seems pretty intense. Many people will say oh Mexicans will die in the ring I love them, viva chino, WAR such and such

Now Floyd has a don't stop until you stop sparring and people are acting skimmish about it
