    The mission was simple for Lucas Matthysse; win - no matter how - and he pleads his case for a future showdown with Adrien Broner.

    Mission accomplished - at least on Matthysse’s part, although he was given a partial assist from referee Benji Esteves. The Argentine slugger gets to wait out the result of Broner’s Showtime-televised main event battle with Emmanuel Taylor after dispatching previously unbeaten Roberto Ortiz in two rounds Saturday evening at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio.       This Ortiz guy did not stand one chance. Lucas once again calling out Gift, yet gift has "bigger fish to fry" like Salka rematch or a fight with club fighter PEDerson or someone.

              That's was the quickest 9-10 I've ever seen! Clearly Ortiz got up.. But either way it was pretty clear to me at that point that Ortiz didn't have the fire power to keep Lucas off for 12 rds, Ortiz did a lot of backing up toward the ropes and was wasting a lot of energy trying not to engage with Matthyese KO was coming sooner or later...

                          We don't know that because of the ugly stop. And so far that club fighter is Mathysse's biggest win. So if Lamont is really a club fighter, why should Danny fight him again?

                                  What a robbery to us fans I felt like that fight was about to get good. Even Matthysse said that Ortiz got up before 10 and should've been allowed to continue to fight.On a side note I can't stand that idiot Felix de Jesús that dude can't translate Spanish for ****. And F@ck Benjy use to like this ref to.
