honestly you'd be surprised how orchestrated all access is. that whole shtick with making the audience think he is smoking is probably just to get some kind of media reaction so he can boastfully say that he is clean and never has drank alcohol or taken drugs. I'm sure he drinks and smokes a little when the cameras are off but no way his "team" is dumb enough to include that without expecting some kind of reaction from the Garcia camp or else where.
