Frampton has too many angles to his game and LSC just won't be able to compete.

Terrazas and Mijares are decent wins
Who has Frampton beat apart from Kiko?

Strange how you didn't mention Malinga as one of Leo's best wins, but Cázares, Martinez > anything Leo's ever done.

Leo will be a Frampton victim

Isn't Leo fighting a guy ranked like 90?

            That is Al Haymon's fault

Terrazas was a solid match-up for Leo, even-though he wound up looking like crap during the fight. Mijares, not so much. I stopped watching around the middle rounds because it was boring. I like Leo's high volume style and he pretty tall/long for this division, but I do think Frampton will be able to out-box him. Leo doesn't seem to have much power at 122, but his pressure will give Frampton something to think about.

Simple: Frampton is more talented and has many dimensions to his game. Smart boxers like Carl thrive on Santa Cruzes of the world.

Santa Cruz's height and reach would definitely present some problems for Carl I think. People writing off Leo a bit easily in here.
