Floyd is more dominant then Kobe. Boxing is an inidiviual sport and basketball is more on less a team sport.

Kobe is a detriment to his team in my opinion. I think probably would have been a great fighter(Kobe). His competitive nature is Legendary. Floyd just been handling business in the ring for probably close to 20 years in a young mans sport.
