But p4p is about if everybody was the same size, who would win. Resume is to be used as a measuring stick to see how a fighter would perform against different styles but its not everything.

Danny Garcia has as good of a resume as anybody but I don't think he would beat anybody top 10 p4p in a hypothetical matchup.
A P4P fighter has to have skills first and foremost. But the quality of his opposition should be taken into consideration as well.

Because sometimes it's easy to look skilled if you aren't fighting top foes. Zab Judah is a good example, he looked like a god as long as he was crushing tomato cans but once he stepped up to world class opponents he didn't look quite as good anymore. His skills had a ceiling.

Alright everyone, calm down! When this guy gets beat yall will turn your back on him.

I've watched Gonzalez fight a fair few times and I've always been impressed by his power and calm but every single time I come away with one impression above all else: "Damn this kid is hittable"

The moment he comes up against someone who can move and hit hard with a great chin, he gets beat up.

Is Gonzalez P4P? Possibly clips into top 10-15. Can he be higher? Sure. Is he better than Rigo? Hell no and keep in mind I'm not even a Rigo fan lol

That might be the one minor chink in his armor but no one has been able to make him pay for it yet. His offense is that damn good.

Gonzalez does a great job slipping, catching, and taking the steam off punches. Everyone at the lower weights is hittable, because for the most part they don't run and clinch and engage in spoiler tactics. Gonzalez is pretty damn good defensively.
