I fail to see the big difference in quality between those lists.

Mijares, Munoz and Morel were blown up past prime guys when LSC beat them. Seda's only claim to "fame" is a solid losing effort vs LSC. Terrazas was KO'd by Munroe and barely got past a faded Mijares.

Actually, on the two lists combined, the only prime world class fighter is Kiko. So Frampton is arguably more proven than LSC.
