Why does Wladamir always have issues with random drug testing demands?

He seems to get upset and threaten to cancel fights when random drug testing is asked for..why is this?? I know Vitali tested dirty in the Olympics but does Wladamir have something to hide now?

I think they're all on it even the ones who are tested, allowable 4:1 test ratios means you can juice it up a bit. In wlads case he's probably at 10:1 which is not allowable and why he doesn't want to be tested.
