Just saw over on Fight News that a clash between JMM and Cotto is being considered for early 2015. If this is true, I hope Marquez beats the snot out of Cotto.

This would be an awesome fight. I can see it being pretty even in the first couple rounds with both landing some good shots. But towards the middle rounds I think the big power shots start landing.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if both went down, but I just I see Marquez taking this one with his accuracy and power. Wow this would be a great one.

Funny I mentions this fight a couple of years ago and these guys in here gave me the same treatment like when I mentioned Canelo vs Pac.

He too big, you dumb, he too old, he not da same weight foo....lol

I still think Cotto can fight JMM and still think Canelo can fight Pac.

Same people crappin on these fights because of size want Cotto to fight GGG and justify it with a belt.....
Like the belt helps equal out size and weight.

Seriously though, the size gap seems to big at this point. Would be awesome to watch if they could find a way to agree to a weight.

As a fantasy fight OK, but I think Cotto would have trouble making 150 anymore and JMM is small at 147.

So the weight intersection prohibits this fight,imo.
