BoxingScene.com has been advised by multiple sources that former cruiserweight and heavyweight champion David Haye (26-2, 24KOs) has been in Las Vegas training under the guidance of Ismael Salas.
Haye had previously trained with long time trainer Adam Booth and it is unknown at this time if the Haye-Salas union will be permanent. Haye, inactive since 2012, has had a run of bad luck in recent years, including last year's cancellation of a UK mega-fight against Tyson Fury because of a shoulder injury. The injury was so severe that his doctors told him there was a big possibility that he would have to retire.
