No they are ready to fight him now that they feel he isn't at his best just like any other fighter PAC has beat. I remember Roach saying he only let PAC fight De La Hoya because he knew DLH couldn't pull the trigger anymore. He fought Cotto at 145 but when Cotto was open to a rematch without a catchweight they refused. They wouldn't dare let PAC fight Mosley of old. Before when asked if PAC wanted Floyd he would always say " well my promoter Bob Arum makes the fight, I just fight" but now that they feel Floyd's legs are gone they are saying his name everyaday.

I believe Arum is the reason Floyd hasn't fought Pac. If you look at Cotto and Marquez didn't get their shot at Floyd until they left Arum. Marg never got a shot because he never left Arum. It trully seems like he is not willing to do business with Arum. The fighters that people like to say Floyd ducked were mainly Arum fighters.
