they won't let me register because it says I'm within the US..but if I use paypal and a fake addy I don't see why the winnings wouldn't make it to my accnt

I have never had a problem. It is usually the card you are using that will not allow ********. There are some great sites out there I don;t think I should give them on here but if you PM me i could give em to you.
