Pacquiao is fighter of the decade and has already fought guys in 8 divisions...what Pac did at Welterweight and against Margarito another opponent Floyd ducked to fight Baldomir and Judah LOL...is the equivalent to Floyd moving up and beating Triple G at Middleweight and Andre Ward at 168...and then moving up to lightheavy weight and beating Hopkins... Pacquiao is 3 divisions ahead of Mayweather aka has taken more risks than the Floyd...
