It was for domestic violence. I know your a fan of his and I respect that, but don't you think domestic violence accusations have more validity when he served jail time for a similar incident? He has also had other issues. The timing and Gloria Allred all stink to high heavens, but he has not conducted himself in a way which entitles him to the benefit of the doubt.

He was not found guilty therefore he is not guilty. Dismissing her claims outright however given his past would be idiotic.
