Manny's next fight is in Macau. His training camp in the Philippines is literally just a small flight away from China.

I'm not talking about just this fight but in general. When he fights in the states he needs to train here. I understand the situation with this fight but I was talking about in general.

A world champion shouldn't have to fly half way round the world to be in someone else's training camp. Its a no brainer.

Lmao at people saying Pacquaio should train at wild card. Roach cannot and will not dictate jackk shhh to the man that transformed his entire life. Cotto for all his greatness hasn't earned that right either so since he wasn't willing it's ok to sit down for a few months and wait.

The Canelo fight could happen on the weekend of the Puerto Rican parade for all know, especially if Manny/Floyd do end up facing each other. He could still fight in January or even February and be fine for a fight in June. I wouldn't agree to going to the Phillipines either, especially if I'm paying Roach a full trainers fee and he's only there half the time.

Good, King Cotto shouldn't take a back seat to anyone. He deserves a throne and a crown everytime he enters the Wild Card. Same with Pacquiao.

Dude you say some silly schit sometimes, other then the hole "king" thing i have to agree with you on this one. Cotto and Pac should be center of attention when there training. It would have been a mistake for Cotto to go 60% of training camp with out Roach.

I think Cotto-Canelo happens in April. If Canelo fights in November, the time frame fits. Pac has fought in April a couple of times and it worked out well. Doesnt really matter when the fight happens, it will still be big, but I really think De La Hoya got cold feet about pushing Mayweather off the May date and Cotto probably realized it would be a major disadvantage to fight Canelo in vegas on cinco de mayo.

Although if you read between the lines it seems like somethings brewing. I think we get Cotto-Canelo in April, Mwayweather-Pac in May. Roach said dont be surprised if Mayweather pulled out of the Maidana fight. It could be that there was some kind of communication between Cotto's and Mayweather's people behind the scenes, and thats what Roach was eluding to. Mayweather probably feels hes going to dominate Pac in May, so no need for a rematch, Cotto beats Canelo, and Mayweather-Cotto fight in September, as the last fight of both they're careers. Either way i think next year is going to be a hell of year for Boxing.

Floyd is set for 9-13. Cotto vs Canelo will happen in 15 as will Floyd vs. PAC.
