Rigondeaux vs. Avalos goes up for bidding!!!

I will bet that Jay-Z wins it and put the show on his Brooklyn card under the Peter Quillen fight. That would be probably the best deal for Rigo and he would get to fight in NYC before all those Cubans from Union City, NJ.

That's if quillin actually goes through with it. But your prediction is the best outcome and would be good for rigo

Let's all chip in 10$ and we can probably win this, well put a ring in my backyard, and have a nice BBQ. I fully expect some of you Mexicans to make us barbacoa too.

No black people allowed though, I don't feel like hearing about Floyd all night.

The minimum bid is 100,000. I would bet that there will be only one bidder. It will be Arum, who will bid 101,000 and put the fight on the undercard of Pacquaio/Algieri.

You would think that Rigondeaux's promoter, Caribe Promotions, would bid on it. However, Caribe Promotions is nothing more than one individual with a cell phone and an office in his basement who takes a cut of Rigondeaux's purse and not a real promoter who spends money to stage fights.

Arum will certainly bid, if for nothing else to protect Avalos' interests

                    1. If the Quillin fight doesn't happen, I'm going to assume Jay Z was doing it to fuck with Haymon.
                    2. Don't know how interested he is in Rigondeaux since they lost all interest thanks to Carribe "promotions"
                    3. If Roc Nations doesn't bid on this fight... who the hell will? Pretty sure minimum purse bid is 200k. I could see Arum just putting up the minimum. Don't know if Carribe promotions even has money or if Warren is ready to step in yet.
