Its called racial stereotyping and it's at least ignorant of not racist. Depends on who u ask. With that said terms like chino and chinamen are very common in urban areas even in NYC and it's all races that use it here. I always cringe when I hear it tho. It's highly ignorant. That's to me is worse than anything else he said. Is he a racist? He never said he hated Chinese people. But his actions suggest some dislike for them based off of ignorant stereotyping which it bad within itself.
