(all in one night). Then we come to find out Cotto used the gloves against him and his own TMT fighters use the gloves.

Picking opponents gloves is gay. It's the equivalent of the most popular kid in school fighting some unknown kid and setting up rules to put the other one at a disadvantage. If you have any self respect, don't you want to know that you're the best without trying to gain an advantage?

Can't he win by dominating rounds or having a higher output, or being an effective aggressor??? Can't he score ko's without a specific glove???? He has been training with powerlock gloves-can't he get a win over opponents otherwise????

Didn't Mayweather find a way to win when demands were over him against Oscar??? This is why you need to be versatile in boxing-it's not JUST about power-it is also about skill.

Well, if Sr, Ellerbe, and Floyd are all squeezing on the custom glove, yeah you would push back the front padding, but they were successful in throwing that glove out, but to throw a tantrum hissy fit and threaten to cancel a fight at the 11th hour about the comissioned approved stock glove and yeah saying people are dying is straight bush leaague in my book. I just don't see how you can put guys like Ali, Sugar Ray, Oscar in the middle of this madness to justify this a side calls all the shots point.

Why would you go on a "tirade" against other fighters when you can hone in on one guy ....it makes things less complicated for you eh?

On one hand you say all fighters should have one set of rules,but choose to nag exclusively about one guy....it's transparent.
