Throw them in with Stevenson,Kovalev and Hopkins(i know no even fair to but him in the discussion but he is a unified champ) but how would they size up........
How would a prime Roy and prime Tarver fair at 175 right now?

Prime ROY Jones would rule any division 160-175 no problem. Target caught Roy at the beginning of the end. Hopkins destroyed Tarver..was that Tarvers prime then? I'm not sure. -
Hopkins schools Tarver any day of the week. Obviously prime RJJ going to beat Hopkins.
Kovalev/Stevenson still need a little more time to see what they're capable of before you can accurately predict the outcome.Comment

Roy would likely look the same as he did against everyone in his prime. Tarver vs Kovalev and Adonis would be interesting, havent seen any of the 3 of them against high enough quality opponents to make an honest judgement.Last edited by Gods We Faked; 08-30-2014, 05:36 PM.Comment

He was perfect at 168 because his power was amazing at that weight. At 175, he still had decent power but the guys were bigger and they could take it better.
I'd say his prime was at 168, compare his performances at 168 to 175 pre Tarver ofc. I honestly felt as though, he was as unbeatable as it gets at 168. He'd whoop Tarver all day though in his prime. There were parts in the first/third fights where he looked to be working effectively vs Tarver, when he moved around a bit, put his punches together and let his hands go but he rarely did that in those fights.Comment

You got any excuses tonight Kovalev?
You got any excuses tonight Stevenson?
Tarver is an awkward southpaw and had one punch KO power at LHW. He does damn good in any era.
Roy that killed Montell Griffin keeps every name at LHW today at the end of his fist. He would be giving guys like Dawson, Bute and Pascal rematches, kinda like what Wlad has done with Sam Peter and Tony Thompson once everyone was crushed.
Both do amazing right now.Comment
