Boxing is not a easy sport at all, 1 round is longest 3 minutes of your ***in life, please don't be fooled by the fact that some Pros make it look so easy...IT IS NOT!

I killed a bear once with my bare hands. Was trying to steal my food so I had to teach it a lesson.

Emmanuel Steward stated 50 Cent was a NY Golden Gloves champion. Not that that makes it unquestionable but he did have quite a bit of knowledge on the amateur scene.

Once a month the street thug would come in the gym and walk around like he owned it!
........if he were under 155-160 I'd put my son in with him (at that time 139lbs 15yrs) it would last about 35 seconds. No punches were held back and no mercy was taken. If he were bigger and I thought he knew how to handle himself I was happy to oblige him, very happy hahahaha I hate uninvited challenges especially the ones who don't have respect for other peoples homes and work places.
I did have one fool who decided to try and throw some kicks as he was getting his azz handed to him by my son. I threw him out of the window, to bad it was the first floor!!
Boxing forms & style only works in a ring, it helps in any fight if you have power in your punch but outside of the ring there are no rules to follow.
