Manny has never been caught so we cant say for sure but a lot of us have common sense and put 2 and 2 together, .....

So with Manny, you didn't need proof, just your eyes to believe that he was on PEDs but with Floyd, we need a lot more than what was said already. Even if Floyd confirms, like he has done before, you will still go defending him.
