Well , I rarely EVER read stuff like this outside of boxing.
I actually think its sad. Its history repeating itself. Joe Louis did it, SRR did it and think of Mike Tyson, 300 mill gone, George Foreman did it but came back with something outside of boxing.
Jr is doing it to himself ! One dimensional Illiterate DUMBAZZZZZZZZZZ !!!
The best thing that could happen to him is to get KO'd, run off the WHORES, Fire Ellerbe his boyfriend, get rid of all the big thugs, ACT RIGHT
OR
history REPEATS itself. Nothing to me, like I said , its rare I read or answer to something like this, but its SIC. Jr just might end up on a street in Atlanta selling boiled peanuts.
You give Jr a fur coat and cash dropping out of the pockets and he thinks he owns the world.
For me to buy his fights is to say thats a percentage of my pay that is falling out of his pockets or being burned etc..............
Hard to buy his fights NOW !!!!!!!!!
Wish I could just Pay Maidana straight up, hahahahahahaComment

I kind of do and kind of dont understand 50's logic on this stuff. Ive put away just under 400k from ring earnings and other vetures and guarantee I will never have to work or fight a day in my life because of how I handle my money. Floyd obviously blows through money like a real idiot and will be broke in his 40's no matter what but 50 himself seems smart other than investing 2 million into a losing business like Mayweather Promotions and 1 million on a turd like Gamboa.....so I dont really understand this feeling of needing to work and/or generate cashflow their entire lives when they have so much already. The stress of that seems so unnecessaryComment

Whatever you want to say about 50 personally is fine...but it is a fact that Mayweather only makes money from boxing and he spends money like drunken sailor...
Unless Mayweather promotions turns into something... Mayweather needs to find other ways to grow his wealth...
As opposed to someone like Manny Pacquiao who will make money until the day he dies from endorsements and other business and political ventures...Comment

The really sad part is that 50 is correct when speaking about Floyd's unsustainable lifestyle.
I can easily see Floyd going the same route as Ric Flair. Still trying to be "Money" Mayweather when the checks aren't even a fraction of what they once were.
Even in Pacquiao's case, it's sad sad truth.Comment

Read the first 10 comments so far and cant help but think you are all a bunch of Floyd Nuthuggaz
50 is 1000x smarter than Floyd. You only have to watch one of the many serious interviews he has done to realise this.
The key thing about the above is, even though Floyd may at the minute make far more money than 50, he also spends it 10x faster than 50 spends his money. The way he lives is not sustainable at all.
Unless when he retires he changes his ways I would not be surprised at all to hear that Mayweather is broke in 10 years time.Comment

As said by this post and Ihatebobarum1....The truth hurts. I am not a fan of Mr Jackson by any stretch but he is quite correct about Floyd and where he is heading. Also why is it so important for a public figure, whether they be an entertainer, political figure, etc to remain.....(this ****** buzz word has to be used) "Relevant?" ALL public figures leave the public eye that is nothng to be ashamed of! Is Ali relevant like he was? Is Bill Clinton of for that matter...George Clinton still relevant? Do any of you really think that Floyd will be in the public eye when he stops fighting?
The fact of the matter is that Jackson, arrogant, rat faced prickola that he is...has parlayed his fame into financial success. A good deal of his money is in management, business enterprose...even his pathetic attempt to promote fighters is a deduction of financial resources that would otherwise be taxable income.
Floyd by comparison? all his money and spending is on the table. The IRS is his partner. What is pathetic is when a man like Floyd winds up penniless.
Mr Jackson has his **** together folks...like it or not. When one spends, consumes they generate tremendous tax consequences. Jackson has learned not to buy etravagently. Floyd better take that to heart!Comment
