Kirkland is the most exciting matchup, Andrade the most challenging, and Clottey the most senseless.

this is funny, win or lose canelo before turning 24 in his last fights faced lara, mayweather, trout, angulo, all good or respectable opponents, yet he still gets criticized,he can go on to face quilin and golovkin and people will still hate on him,i guess it's like that when a fighter has a lot of fans, the media can't stop talking about him,it's always going to be that way,and I said it before the trout fight was announced,i said he can fight trout and lara and still be hated on and yup I was right, doesn't matter if they were close fights,he faced them and mayweather too,i think he now deserves and easy fight or two and then go face peter quilin and golovkin,i think those are good fights but the haters will find excuses

I don't think Andrade would be that challenging, kirkland is just dangerous because of his work rate and power,he doesn't let you even breathe up there or think, that would be a hard fight

Don't know how Clottey has entered this but makes no sense, he has 0 drawing power even though Alvarez is the name...4 all boxing fans let's hope it's not him...

People clearly haven't watched Clottey since his return to the ring and move to 154lbs. He would be an excellent opponent, after that I would like to see him fight Demetrius Andrade and Kirkland isn't realistic this year since he fights with SMS Promotions & HBO.

I know right...clottey is a very crafty vet fighter who i guarentee wont be intimidated by canelo at all. He has better defense than canelo also and counters well...id like to see him vs kirkland for the entertainment value but clottey is the toughest out of the 3 (i think clottey beats most 154lbers kirkland and boo boo included)

Exactly, nowadays most amateurs don't turn pro until their early 20s. Canelo has had an incredible resume for a 24 year old. And let's be honest he has never ducked anyone. He has some flaws which were exposed by Lara and trout but he can still eke out a win.

If canelo picks kirkland and he finds himself half way into round 3, he has already lost the fight from then on.
