If it's Kirkland, Canelo has a hard fight ahead of him. But thats the way it should be.

Cotto has it a bit easier with the other Irish guy Andy LEE.

Anyways I hope it happens May, no other fight can compete unless it's Pac Mayweather, who knows maybe we'll get lucky and get both.

There is no chance of this happening on May 5. Mayweather will be fighting that day. HBO wouldn't dare consider competing against Mayweather in a dual PPV contest. Cotto/Canelo will take place in Jun or July 2015.

On another note, Steve Kim doesn't know a damn thing. He is making this s..t up based on the rumors and claims that have already been put out. I don't think Cotto has any intention of fighting GGG because it is a high risk/low reward fight.

There is no agreement. Cotto and Alvarez are already penciled in to fight each other. GGG is on the outside trying to get in. Loeffler is stating the obvious in an attempt to make GGG look like a player in the Cotto/Alvarez sweepstakes. I doubt if anyone from either Cotto or Alvarez's camp have even bothered to say hello to Loeffler.
