Cant hate Gift though he tested the waters with the ref and knew what rules he could break. Thats what a fighter does to win. Now, a year later, we have learned that it is not hard to out box Danny as we learned from his papi Herrera. We then learned that he drilled to the bottomed of the dung heap 2 weight classes below him to pull out a Ricky Salazar to look good against. A year later we see Lucas in a fight of the year against under dog John Molina. So, fight of the year vs gift of the year and cherry pick of the century thus far.
2 points on 2 cards and by 4 on the other. It was still a clear victory there isn't any dispute that matthysse should have got the victory. Let's forget all the rabbit punches that matthysse was doing from the first round to danny oh and he also did it to Peterson and did it in fights before that. Maybe matthysse shouldn't have kept pulling dannys head down the whole fight and there wouldn't have been many low blows.

He does nothing special on defense and that was the point. You guys don't see that though because you have matthysses **** so far up your ****** asses. The man tried stepping up to garcia ( his biological father) and didn't look like no machine vs the champ
114 112, the definition of pugilistic domination to a Gift fan. But Herrera got lucky doe.

Lol against underdog molina. This is the same lightweight molina that had lost in one round to Antonio Demarco. The man was put there to also be a tune up for matthysse but instead it showed that matthysse isn't the same after danny gave him his 3rd loss

Are u an idiot? Let me not ask we already know the answer to that. I never said he dominated him but it was a clear victory for garcia. I also have stated multiple times in different threads that i scored the herrera fight for herrera. I know it hurts that your man matthysse lost vs garcia. You guys hyped him up to*Pac*levels but garcia brought him back down to reality.

He capitalized on the eye. He did what any fighter would do. He lost clearly to Herrera than fights 78th ranked lightweight Ravi Sanduski. Youre boy is chum in the water at welter against anybody not named Malinaggi. Even then, Paulie might Herrera Gift. Rematch Zab at 144 doe.

I don't get why he gets so much hate over a loss he is still a very, very good fighter.

I guess that is what happens when you're hyped so highly but IMO it was for rightful reasons, Lucas is a beast.
Only a few fighters are allowed to lose on NSB man...other then that you are overhyped, exposed or shot..

Again I've already stated he lost to Herrera IMO and that him picking salka was horrible. He capitalized on the eye that he himself closed by throwing a punch. He did what every boxer would do. If the eye would have closed by a headbutt or something on then maybe matthysse has an excuse but it wasn't. Danny closed his eye with his hands and proceeded to win the fight clearly. Was it close yes but it wasn't no controversial decision. Lol you talking about rematching zab maybe that's what matthysse should do since he couldn't even beat him.

My issue with Danny is this, he isn't hungry or prideful and has no ambition. Lucas lost to him, beats Molina in a war and demands a rematch with Danny. Says his name 3 times to Watson twins dad. Mayweather fought his closest fight in years against Maidana and rematches him. Swift becomes Gift against Herrera and has no interest in avenging his loss or doubt in his ability. He fights an absolute bum 2 weight classes above where that bum fights. Then mentions a Zab rematch. He beat my favorite fighter Matthysse but the better man did not win that fight.
