I don't know the gun laws there but pathetic, weak charges w/ a get out of jail free card...Nothing happens...All the worst 2 jt ( he doesn't deserve caps)...

There's probably more to it than is being reported in 2-3 short paragraphs. All 50 states and even socialist ****** Washington D.C. have some form of Castle doctrine. Which basically means that a king has the right to defend his castle. Some states are stricter than others. In California, you basically have to let them stab you in your own bed before you can defend yourself... and even then you'll probably be charged with a number of violations. In Texas, they only need to be on your property and pose a reasonable threat.

It could be that Taylor is just a hothead thug, but I've hung out with the guy back when I lived in the Arkansas delta and he's all southern class. We should just wait and see if we all even care in a week.

I don't think 'thug' when I watch the many interviews with Taylor thru the years. And hey, what complete idiot shows up at someone's house uninvited? Then doesn't leave when told to leave? Obviously we need more facts, but I'm much more inclined to assume Taylor is innocent until proven otherwise.
