Cotto can't really beat Pacquiao with any specific strategy.

He can't beat Pacquiao at long range because Pacquiao can go in and out too quickly for him to react. And he surely can't try to rought Pacquiao up because he would eat tons of punches while trying to close the distance, Pacquiao is a killer against pressure fighters.

The only way i can see him winning is catching Pacquiao cold mid-exchange, but that is also hard because Manny's punches would get there first.

IMO not easily but Pac UD, 115-113 or something like that. But I see that some people still don't understand, that Pac last KO was 5 years ago and the chance that he would KO Cotto now is extremely low, unrealistic.

That alone is 10 pounds of muscle not even including how much he rehydrates. Cotto would physically be much bigger than pacquiao, who has never legitimately fought at light middle or middleweight.

Pacquiao has slowed down a little bit and cotto seems pretty strong at this weight.
