    More so by his detractors who lump him into the category of crude brawler whose biggest asset is power. He's a good puncher, but his skill allows him to land the punches which lead to most of his KOs.

      I think he hits harder than Maidana but not GGG and Kovalev. The thing with Thurman is he can punch going backwards. Most big punchers can't punch on the backfoot.

        I think he's going to fight Roberto Garcia next.



        Which means fans will be speculating about his skills and power for a long time. There will always be a huge question mark on his back till he gets in the ring with at least a mid level name.

          Difference between Thurman and those guys is none of them can fight on the backfoot whereas KT can throw bombs while moving around the ring.

            Alexander has a good chin and would be a good test for Thurman.
