If you check out the face-off between Manny vs Bradley, Manny explains that where he is from, they use the word running as to mean boxing. All I know is this marathon word has been thrown around since Lara,I personally don't think pac-girl ran but it came out of his mouth so I'm taking it that way ,don't say you ran if you didn't .roach has some balls tho talking shht after his strategy against rios ,but Lara was a fkn joke that was a marathon.
after 6 min mark, Manny explains it

Idiot! Ya so they can end up like Pacs training really smart. Typical Pacboy who would give there left nut just to be Pacduckiao's ball boy.He just wants people to fight instead of run around like a sissy. NOBODY pays for a fight and says..."Man, I cant wait to see him run arond the ring for 12 rounds"! No...they want a skull crushing KO. Blood. Letting hands go exchanges. Not pitty patting pot shots and clinching and running. (Like Floyd "cant read" Mayeather". )

Pac's team should force Algieri to wear heavy lead shoes to make sure this coward doesn't run.........Last edited by Francis M.; 08-26-2014, 01:19 AM.Comment

Pac's fans should run a mile then get in a boxing ring to see the difference between boxing and running. You can't turn around and run in the ring. If manny can't cut off the ring then that'll be his fault.Comment

My reply is based on the article title...Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach says he is hoping that Chris Algieri comes to fight, and not to run, when he faces WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on November 22nd at the Venetian in Macao, China.
Back in June, Algieri (20-0, 8 KOs) won a twelve round split decision over Ruslan Provodnikov at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Roach, who also trains Provodnikov, felt his fighter did enough to win, because he also felt Algieri was not being effective and running around the ring for most of the rounds. Now with the opportunity to get revenge, Roach doesn't want a fight where Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38 KOs) is chasing after Algieri for twelve rounds.

Sorry Roach, you and your team made a mistake. Boxing/moving (running to some) is what Algirie does... This will prove to be a mistake, when it is all said and done.
Folks laughed at this fight, not me. I happen to think Pac will lose, and a good possibility of looking bad doing so.
I have a feeling dude might take Pac to school.... Imho.Comment
