    Thoughts on Crawford-Beltran

WBO Lightweight Champion Terence "Bud" Crawford is defending his title against "Sugar" Raymundo Beltran on November 29th in Crawford's hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.

Anyone hear of the undercard fights? Looks like they're trying to give boxing a revival in the Midwest with two fights in a row in Crawford's town.

And of course, I'm picking Terence Crawford to win.

The crowd for Crawford/Gamboa was fantastic, I'm glad they're going back. I don't understand why promoters don't stage fights in a fighter's hometown/area more often.

This is a good move. Beltran is the real WBO champ if you really think about it. ,

Crawford doesn't have a lot of options right now. He can't fight Danny Garcia or Peterson because they're with Golden Boy, and Mikey Garcia is still in a legal dispute with Top Rank.

Maybe he could fight the winner of Pacquiao-Algieri.

Beltran definitely deserves another title shot.

Unfortunately he stands little chance of beating Crawford.
