No. I'm all for a good joke. I don't care that people are mocking Floyd. I just thought that particular picture wasn't funny.
I haven't said "don't make fun of Floyd". I just said he probably doesn't mind as much as you think he does.
I think what he is trying to say is that you don't need to be able to read to conceptualize numbers. This is a fact. You can count out numbers, be able to do math, keep records, etc. and still be illiterate.
Also, there was a time when "educated" people used the word Negro as part of their everyday language.
This isnt the 70s. You and the other poster ought to adjust to that. In the modern world - where I live - terms like "negro" are offensive and that poster (Johnm is) wont stop branding me as one. You can stand by him if you like.
