    WBA "regular" super bantamweight champion Scott Quigg has lost his scheduled opponent for September 13th at the Manchester Arena. He was set to defend his title against tough Namibian Paulus "The Rock" Ambunda, who had previously held the WBO bantamweight title.

        He is indeed; furthermore, Quigg is the so-called "regular" WBA titleholder, so fight Rigo. Good fight, and one less fake belt is a bonus.
