DSG, Is Postol enough to make up for the Herrera/Salka fiascos?

I don't know much about this Postol dude besides that he is an undefeated fighter. Personally i think that at this point any 140 fight would not do much for Danny's carreer. I think he needs to make a bold statement and move up to 147 against someone like Alexander or The Ghost, a win over a legit WW would get him back in the Mayweather sweepstakes imo..

the postol fight IMO is more than OK, 1000000 better than salka, the herrera fight is a different story, mauricio still deserves his rematch (i thought danny was gonna salka'd herrera that night, never see that coming)

I was expecting Garcia to win but that was cause I was banking on Herrera being shopworn. Yup, I was wrong.

The Postol fight would make up for it but it wont happen.

Let me make this clear: Danny should be the favorite but Postol (pew pew) is all wrong for Danny
He has a good jab, turns you over easily and has some pop.

I'll favor Danny in this fight, but style wise it's a nightmare for Danny

I think i'm overthinking stuff but this Postol mandatory might be personal from Mauricio and the WBC, remember Angel kind of dissed the WBC because they told him they would strip Danny off his titles if he lost against Salka. Angel basically said that the WBC belt doesn't mean nothing to them smh.

Would the WBC allow Danny to keep the belt if he goes for a unification bout with Peterson?..

Stylistically how would you describe a cherry pick for Danny Garcia? I am a DSG supporter, but now its starting to seem like all you need is some activity, whether jab or decide to maul/smother, to bother Danny.

Danny is a top 140 fighter and so is Herrera. No fiasco there. They had a close fight. Salka was a disgrace but doesn't mean Danny isn't one of the best at 140.

If he loses to Postol, he's still top 5 @ 140. Of he beats Postol, he's still top 5 at 140.

No matter how you slice the pie, he's still one of the best at 140.

i don't know, i remember they were kind of upset about that (danny and angel) but i think danny is moving up anyway, he already said that the fight with peterson can happen even above 140.

i think danny beats both, postol and peterson convincingly. the thing is, maybe postol is not an attractive fight for danny as much as the peterson one.
