He's in the minority. I had it a draw, personally. I'm old school in you have to really take it to the champ to win. Fight was too close to give Maidana the nod, of course imo.

Side question, what can Maidana possibly do to win the next fight. Outside of obvious, KO?

That's what Maidana did, he really took it. He didn't didn't try coast at any part of the fight. He threw how many punches, so he wasn't relying on anyone other than himself.

I had Mayweather vs. Maidana, 114-114. I had Canelo vs. Lara, 114-114. Both those fights had no clear winner and should have rematches, though we know the 2nd one will never happen.

That's what it is. Floyd is older. It happens to everyone. A guy like Maidana will always give him problems at this point. Floyd didn't fight like that on purpose. His legs don't react like they used to. I'm damn near inclined to say it wasn't Floyd making adjustments the second half. It was Maidana tiring.

Duran is entitled to his own opinion but i remember a few days after the fight he said Maidana won but then in the next sentence that it was a draw.

He also said Robert Guerrero would beat Mayweather by unanimous decision when Robert was still at lightweight.

I noticed him and Hagler really don't like Mayweather, I guess he reminds them of Leonard who they both had a grudge against.
