meh... kenny bayless is ok but way overrated as a ref. would've preferred robert byrd on this one. bayless is too hands on when fighters get inside and his posture and loud noises are distracting as hell. 'SSSTOP SSSSTOP STOP' we're gonna hear this **** over and over whenever maidana tries to work floyd up close.

Not true. He does let fighters fight on the inside as long both fighters are landing clean punches. He'll only break them up when it gets too rugged or when both fighters smothers their own offense when they have no space to throw clean legal punches and resort to throwing rabbit punches as Maidana, Porter, Bradley, etc, all love to do. Who the hell want to see a hug fest? I think a lot of guys who aren't happy with a strict referee are the same ones who'd probably like to see a ref look the other way and let both fighters fight dirty.

Cotto fought a clean fight in the pocket against Floyd and got the better of him at times. Why can't Maidana do the same? Maidana knows how to trap Floyd on the ropes, so he should be able to do his work on the inside without resorting to dirty tactics that he displayed in the first fight such as, low-blows, thigh punching, rabbit punching, etc.

Kenny isn't going to treat Floyd like a superstar. He gave Floyd several firm warnings against Mosley, and actually pauses the fight momentarily to made sure that Floyd heard and understood his warning loud and clear. Sadly, Maidana's supporters knows that the only way he can give Floyd hell is to make it a dirty fight, and they're hoping that Kenny will let him get away with the same dirty tactics that Weeks let him got away with.

Dave Morettii is a crooked judge i think. He favored Canelo in Canelo vs Lara, he favored Vargas fight vs the russian guy who many people saw won. And he favored Mayweather in Maidanas fight last fight. So he obviously favors. So basically Maidana needs a KO to win. If it goes to the scorecards, he loses.

There were four or so the first time. He wasn't deducted for whatever reason.

Floyd better bring back his mean side and be outright cruel in the ring. He started being too kind in the Cotto fight.

A mean Floyd wouldn't have taken any dirty **** from Guerrero, Alvarez, and Maidana.

It's important to make a clear dirty fighting statement every now and then such as the cheapshot Ortiz KO. This sends a message to all competitors that you're not to be ****ed with
