Undefeated WBC super flyweight champion Carlos “The Prince” Cuadras has vowed to successfully defend his title against former world champion Sonny Boy Jaro of the Philippines on September 20 in Mexico.
The WBC said Cuadras plans to retain his title for the long haul.
The undefeated Cuadras, who has a record of 30-0 with 27 knockouts, won the title last May in Mexico City from Thailand’s Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.
