It's an undercard fight that makes Pac vs Algeri more worthwhile. Not sure why anyone would be against adding depth to the card.

Loma needs to *attempt* to unify the titles asap.
Or at least fight the biggest names out there.

Piriyapino is rated #1 in the WBO and was one of the boxers who "was more deserving and skipped over" that outraged people when Lomachenko got a title shot. Vasyl can beat him down to shut the critics up and the Top Rank 126 tournament should be starting not long after this near the end of 2014. Why not take a "tune up" in his 4th pro fight against the #1 rated guy and get his mandatory out of the way? Smart move to me.

lol, ppl saying this is a bad fight for the undercard? huh?? like the guy said it adds depth. have u seen the last 3 pac undercards? they were bad. a rising star like loma is great to have and i think atleast on paper one of the best fights we've seen on a pac undercard just cause its got vasyl lomanchenko on it..

that said i do hope they find someone better for lomas first defense... this guy is from thai, hes got 55 wins.. only notable fight he had was against chris john.. which obviously lost.
