Stiverne has big power also and a far better chin than Wilder. Wilder has the advantages of size and speed perhaps. Stiverne is more technically sound than Wilder IMO...as long as he doesn't sit on the ropes or have a general low activity level, he should have more than enough to deal with Wilder.

And LOL about putting Wilder on a similar level to Wlad...

Pulev, Jennings, Povetkin, Stiverne are all better than Wilder IMO.

It was a tap hook to set up the right. It wasn't nearly enough to put Scott down for the 10 count. He took a dive.

        Ridiculous.
Wilder wanted to go 5 rounds because he has not gone past 5 rounds and wanted to earn the experience. Gavern quit on the stool. Stiverne is way better than Gavern but Malik Scott is better than Stiverne

We don't know what will happen when Wilder lands on Stiverne. Stiverne don't know as well, and may prove he can take Wilders punch and play the macho man, and then find that he cant take it, and is counted out like all of Wilders other opponents.

As long as Stiverne don't play the tough guy similar to what Areola did to Stiverne, Stiverne may be alright. I don't like how Areola smiled like he was all cool and that when he landed punches on Stiverne as if he is showing off, when he had nothing to show off about.

malik scott isnt as good or better than stiverne and he has the heart of a mustard seed. we saw this against chisora as well who isnt even a big puncher. that win did nothing for wilder. he definitely has a good chance of beating stiverne but Id have to make him the slight underdog

Because I have eyes and I know what it looks like when Wilder actually connects hard on someone. He slapped to set up the right hand. The right hand hit Scott's shoulder. Scott stayed down because he lacks heart. Same reason he stayed on his knees against Chisora.

Stiverne is a counter puncher with quick hands for a heavyweight. Wilder has a questionable chin. I'll be rooting for Deontay, but I would not be surprised if he goes the way of the last heavyweight American power puncher with a questionable chin... Seth Mitchell. The advantage that Wilder has that Mitchell didn't is his height, he's big enough to where he might not have to have his chin tested. I just hope this fight happens within the next 3 months.
