The rumors are that Cotto will fight Andy Lee for the vacant WBC JMW title december 13 In MSG on regular HBO. Cotto's team are weighing in all options including a defense of his MW belt against Canelo, Rubio or Timothy Bradley. But it is expected for him to take the Andy Lee fight for the JMW.

I'm cool with it as a stay busy fight until Canelo, but it's going to be a beatdown. Miguel is sharper, faster, more skilled and will beat him up. Lee is a tall dude, but that just means more body to be hit.

I don't like this fight...reminds me of the Trout fight. It very well could backfire on cotto. He should fight bradley or canelo. Those are both good paydays
