This year of boxing hasn’t exactly produced the best fights and matchups and no one is more bothered by that than Junior Middleweight Vanes Martirosyan. The former Olympian is on a quest to fight the best fighters in his division but feels nobody is stepping to the plate and taking the fights they should be taking.

“We've all heard Ishe Smith, Austin Trout, Charlo Brothers, Andrade and Lara over the last few months make public statements via YouTube, Twitter, or interviews that they want to fight the top guys in the division; that they never duck any fights. Well, I want the fans to know that my team has made it very clear that I will fight any of these guys, yet none of them have stepped up,” Vanes would tell BoxingScene.
