Although I respect Mayweather seeing it from a fighters perspective of fighters should get more money than the promoters, I think his fighters are kind of pampered. I see the Mayweather Promotion rosters in their first few fights and already have the cool expensive designs on their trunks. I believe from a business perspective, it's important to keep the fighters hungry early on. Make them work for what they get. Maybe Mayweather's perspective is, you should always work like you're hungry, rich or poor. But not everyone has that Mayweather mentality.

You can argue Mayweather Promotions is 3rd behind TR and GBP as far as activity goes. They are putting on more events than Shaw, Goosen, and DiBella.Comment
