Imagine a 37 year old Clottey trying to make 147 after essentially a 3 year layoff from fighting anyone decent. He would throw about 2 punches a round.

Difference is Clottey has fought 4 times in the last 4 years and is approaching 40 years old.

Clottey 5 years ago would have given Brook a terrific fight, no way in hell he does anything that close up shop in that shell defense today. Clottey was struggling to make weight 5 years ago, he is a very big Jr. Middleweight look at how dropping weight and making catchweights affects young, prime-ish fighters. How is that not going to affect a 37 year old Clottey even worse?
