Come on Rios is acceptable for Avocado & Pacquaio to fight and for Chaves but not for Brooks homecoming?

He is similar stylistically to Carson Jones only a lot better and for his faults he is ultra durable and rarely in a bad fight. This fights perfectly acceptable.

Rios was undefeated vs Alvarado. I didn't like the PAC fight but he did just get kod. And Chavez is a nobody making 25k and coming off a stoppage. A little different than being ibf champ lol. Rios wasn't even beating Chavez. Brook had plenty of time for weak fights they're just milking it

Rios is coming off a dirty fight with Chaves and he is going to be even more dangerous. Rios is bigger than Brook so you know this is going to be a really tough fight for Brook.

Just because Rios is not a pretty fighter doesn't mean he sucks, if you want to look at an ugly fighter with no real skill go watch Omar Figueroa that dude is atrocious to watch ugly punch technique no defense nothing, Rios is a very good inside fighter nobody can beat him in a phone booth fight, and he is not sloppy, his punchers are very good, Omar Figueroa is just ugly to watch.

No, Brook needs to tell Khan to screw himself, so Khan gets a taste of his own medicine. Why should Brook who holds the cards now help Khan out after all the trash Khan talked and never giving Brook a shot for 4 years?

Brook is in the drivers seat, Arum has already shown interested in pairing the winner of Pacquiao vs. Algeiri with Brook in England, the Khan fight would make more money domestically but the Pac fight would be huge internationally that is if Pac gets by Algieri.

Also its a more meaningful fight for brook to unify the titles at 147.

If I was Rios and I had the choice between Brook or Prov, I would chose Brook easily.

And I had Chaves up by a few points at the time of the DQ but Rios was rusty ala Mosley when he fought Floyd

Rios as a first defense is a good fight to me, better than I expected. In fact I think it will end up being Lopez most likely. Brook is going to have a couple easier fights to build his name first. The Khan fight can happen at any time. Even if Khan loses his next fight.

Eddie Hearn already said they are looking to milk sorry "defend" the belt in December, I expect Hearn to milk that belt. Brook might want to fight all the big names but unless the offer is from either Pac or Mayweather then people like Thurman aren't going to get a chance at the belt, isn't Thurman mandatory for anyone of the belts yet?

I like this fight.

I would prefer JMM, but I'm not sure he's interested in a trip to the UK. Rios was good enough for Pacquiao, but not good enough for Kell's homecoming defence?
