Postol is a volume puncher not an inside fighter. He is also feather fisted despite the conclusion of his last fight. In reality Danny is all wrong for Postol. Danny would have numerous opportunities throughout the fight to land his bread and butter left hook. Danny throws his power punches as his opponent throws punches and due to Postol's feather fisted shots Danny would have no fear taking one in the chin to return his left hook. Danny would put Postol to sleep.

Herrera has one of the better inside games in boxing and a great chin. He fought inside with Provonikov and actually won. Danny struggles inside, he needs to dictate pace and distance and I don't think Postol's lack of power will allow Postol to dictate pace. We also have never seen Postol get hit by an actual power puncher so you don't know how he's going to react to that.

Yeah but the WBC doesn't like Danny because he unified the WBC title with the WBA. They'll force this IMO. Danny is probably moving up as it is. Even before this they were talking about a Peterson fight at a catchweight above 140.

LOL... Get real. Postol was hurt by a drained Selcuk Aydin. Danny would hurt Postol with either hand. Much tougher guys have been dropped by Danny.
