BoxingScene.com recently spoke to Vadim Kornilov about his fighter Viktor Postol (26-0) and the recent announcement by the WBC that a purse bid has been scheduled for September 12th for a Danny Garcia-Viktor Postol fight if an agreement isn't made before that. Kornilov, who also manages former champion Ruslan Provodnikov and several other fighters, said that Garcia must step up and face Postol or relinquish his belt.

Isn't that what he said he was going to do even before the Salka fight? I'm sure people will claim he's ducking Postol, but his plan all along was to have one more fight at 140 and move up.
