    Boxing fans full on bandwagoners

any of you guys get fed up of the above?

they tend to have a list of 10 fighters as their fav fighters but as soon as they lose or underperform, they disappear quicker than madeline.

Atm hot is ggg, kovalev, garcia, pbf and now possibly brook

sadly, farewell to pacquiao, matthyse, provodnikov, bradley and porter.

This mayweather syndrome has led to glory hunting fans, potential and ability should let you favour a fighter now how quickly they destroyed their last 2 opponents.

It's best to just ignore those fans.

I thought you were BootyDew then I saw your sig. There's no bigger bandwagoner than that guy.

With that said, there's nothing wrong with getting behind a guy after he proves you wrong. Especially if its time and time again. What people shouldn't do is dump a fighter cause of losing.

If I guy loses a couple times, no big deal. You shouldn't stop being a fan. But if a guy enters bum territory, it's hard to continue being a fan. For example I was a big fan of Edison Miranda (I still like the guy) but it's kinda hard to be a "fan" after he's faded off into Bolivian.

Or maybe you're a fan because you think someone is something their not. Like if Deontay Wilder gets exposed a few times by bums, will he still have fans? Not nearly as many.

I have no problem until people turn on the fighter after a loss.

I'm interested to see how many people would have considered themselves a fan of Shawn Porter this time last week compared to now....I bet it's been cut in half.

Support the guy, win or lose.

I don't mind people who support certain fighters for whatever reason. The people that go out of their way to support EVERYTHING the fighter does (no matter how indefensible), or make false equivalencies to other fighters are extremely annoying.

I support the guys in my sig list win or lose, but as someone said above, if you approach bum territory or are actually not what you thought they were, it's easy to walk away. In my case I thought berth was the future p4p king, now, it's hard to get behind him.
