Raul Caiz Sr. from the United States will be the referee of the 108 interim title fight between the Panamanian Walter Tello and the Filippino Randy Petalcorin on August 23 in China.
The fight venue will be the Mercedes Benz Arena of Shanghai.
Caíz Sr will be accompanied by the judges Ferlin Marsh (NZ), Derek Milham (NZ) and Pinit Prayadsab (THAI). The supervisor in charge will be Yang Sup Shim (KOR).
