Well the Why would be if they enforce this mandatory. I don't see it happening any time soon though. I thought Bundu might be Brook's homecoming opponent for later this year but it looks like he'll be occupied with this fight.

I see your point, I'm not arguing. I'm just saying Kell is driving now and he might get his head turned. Khan is chomping at the bit, unification fights everywhere, bags of money waiting to be picked up. I've seen mandatories wilt on the vine under such circumstances.
